Position Overview
The Sales Leader is a dynamic role focused on identifying potential customers, cultivating relationships with potential clients, understanding and meeting customer needs, and driving sales through compelling presentations of products or services. A significant aspect of the position involves negotiating and closing deals, as well as providing essential post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Customer Identification: Proactively identify potential customers through various channels and strategies to expand the customer base.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with potential clients to foster a strong rapport and facilitate successful sales processes.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Understand and accurately assess customer needs and requirements to ensure that the products or services offered align with those needs.
- Product/Service Presentation: Present products or services in a compelling, convincing manner to engage potential customers and facilitate their decision-making process.
- Deal Negotiation and Closing: Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring that the agreements meet customer needs as well as organizational objectives.
- Post-Sales Support: Provide essential post-sales support to customers, ensuring that they receive the necessary assistance and guidance in utilizing the products or services, and addressing any issues or queries promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals effectively.
- Customer-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
