Position Overview

The HR Trainee will play a pivotal role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent in alignment with the company’s goals and culture. The candidate will participate in full-cycle recruiting, maintain existing recruitment channels, and explore new talent acquisition opportunities. Understanding and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements are crucial, as well as agility towards policy changes and new directives. Creativity and enthusiasm are essential for developing and implementing employee engagement programs and events to nurture and reinforce the company culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Actively participate in all phases of recruitment including resume screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation to acquire the best talent for the company.
  • Recruiting Channels Maintenance: Uphold and refresh current recruiting channels, while proactively exploring and initiating new avenues and strategies for talent acquisition.
  • Legal and Regulatory Compliance: Remain updated on, and ensure recruitment practices align with, current legal and regulatory requirements, adapting promptly to new policies and guidelines.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: Develop, organize, and execute innovative employee engagement programs and events to foster a positive work environment and strengthen company culture.
  • Ad-hoc Projects and Miscellaneous Tasks: Be flexible and open to engaging in various ad-hoc projects, assignments, and miscellaneous administrative or organizational tasks as required.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR field.
  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory recruitment-related requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and planning abilities.
