Assistant Accountant

EtailFlow is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable and responsible assistant accountant to join our Financial team. This is a challenging and exciting position for anyone who wants to expand their skills in accounting. The ideal candidate is expected to provide comprehensive accountant support.
Job Responsibilities
- Update and report month-end and year-end financial statements
- Reconcile accounts payable, receivable, and other transactional activities
- Manage vendor/supplier account payments and balances
- Perform general ledger to support dynamic lines of business
- Perform general entries and reconciliations for management review
- Provide business requirements for data collection and sourcing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- The ability to thinking analytically and learning actively are required
- Must be detail oriented
- CPA Certification and good understanding of GAAP and IFRS are highly desirable
